Crystal Property was established in 2017 with the aim of providing the best possible experience for both Landlords and Tenants.   We specialise in lettings for both Residential as well as HMO/Student  property and cover the Fareham, Gosport and Portsmouth Areas. 

Although Crystal Property are predominantly an Online business offering a unique and dynamic fully digital service, we know the importance of a personal touch. We are always available by phone or we can book a face to face meeting at a location and time to suit you, and, of course, online meetings are also available.

As we have no High Street offices, or fleets of vehicles to pay for, we can pass these savings on to you, our Clients. 

Our unique online Portal offers Landlords 24/7 access to all their property records including contracts, certification and the latest status of any maintenance works.  Likewise Tenants can do the same and also report a maintenance or other issue at any time -  day or night.  

Our team have many years of experience and a wealth of industry knowledge ensuring adherance to the latest regulations.  This, combined with our use of a range of multi-media outlets - including Rightmove and other digital marketing platforms, allows us to offer a service which is individually tuned to each property and client.
